By accessing or using DealScore ("the Service"), operated at dealscoreapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
DealScore is a real estate investment analysis platform that provides property data aggregation, deal scoring, rehab cost estimation, comparable sales analysis, and investment return calculations. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or real estate advice.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
DealScore offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Property data, deal scores, rehab estimates, ARV calculations, and all other information provided by the Service are estimates based on publicly available data and algorithmic models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You should independently verify all information before making any investment decision.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALSCORE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by DealScore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party data sources and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
